1. Value
Engineering – whenever possible we like to be involved with the
architect and developer early to provide them with the best set of
options to meet their design and budget constraints. Many customers
have commented on our outstanding insight and cost effective options
we’ve provided allowing them to do things they never imagined for a
lot less then they were either expecting or currently paying.
2. Design – we
develop and provide a full set of engineering drawings to be reviewed
by the mason, general contractor and architect. This is a key service
that ensures the cast stone design meets the needs of the architects
design. This is a very important step in the process which eliminates
building site issues. Some of our competitors skip this step often
resulting in expensive schedule delays.
3. In-house
mold making – we make nearly all our molds in house with experienced
skilled craftsman. A well designed and precisely built mold is key to
producing high quality and repeatable cast stone products.
4. Product
Manufacturing – we have production system that flows as stated above
with a high quality mold, a proprietary dry mix of sand, cement,
bonding agents and water, skilled tampers and properly maintained
curing environment to ensure high strength and cosmetic quality of
each piece we manufacture. We have a quality system that inspects
each piece prior to shipping to ensure we exceed our customers product
expectations.
5. Shipping –
we package each piece individually to ensure our product reaches the
job site damage free. In addition we’ve contracted with a trucking
company that provides superb delivery at very reasonable prices which
allows us to pass the savings to our clients.
6. Customer
service – we follow up with each of our clients and when appropriate
visit job sites to ensure our customers have everything they need. In
addition we send extra pieces to our customers to ensure they have
backup in case of unforeseen on-site dimensional or damage issues.
This allows them to stay on schedule even when the unexpected happens.
